Are you an alumna/us interested in visiting memory lane?


Did you have family who took part in Broadway High School traditions and want to understand what their lives looked like?


Do you want to perform research on Seattle/Capitol Hill/Seattle Public Schools between 1902 and 1946?


Would you like to use a local archives to introduce students to researching with primary sources?


You are welcome to peruse any of the materials you've seen on the blog and many more!


Housed inside Seattle Central College, the Broadway High School (1902-1946) Archives, which was developed by the BHS Alumni Association and contains over 250 linear feet of artifacts and ephemera unique to the history of Seattle’s first high school.


Researchers may arrange to use the collection by appointment, limited to staff availability. Please email bhsarchives.central@seattlecolleges.edu to inquire.
